How long in advance do I need to make a reservation?

Miami Towncar recommends at least 24 hours in prior pick up time, however, we can accommodate reservation within few hours from pick up time, these short notice reservations are considered last minute and are subject to availability of the vehicle.

Do you provide shared transportation?

No. We only provide personal,private transportation any and every vehicle assign to your reservation it will be solely at the client disposition according to with the package or service requested by our client.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

We offer two types of Airport service pick up.
Meet and Greet: Our driver will be inside baggage claim with a sign with your last name on it,this service is upon request and there is an extra charge of $15.00 per pick up
Curb Side: With this service you will need to call our dispatchers once you pick your luggage outside of baggage claim, once you informed our dispatchers that you are ready to go outside with your luggage our driver will pull up in front of you immediately. There is no extra charge for this service.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our dispatchers will monitor all inbound flights when the estimated arrival time approaches we will provide your assign driver with any updates on your flight arrival, weather is arriving early or flight is being delayed few minutes or few hours your driver will be at the airport picking you at the time you arrive, if your flight is delay you don’t need top call our operator.

What will happen if my flight gets cancelled?

If your flight has been cancel please contact our dispatchers and provide the new information about your new arrival,As long as you notified us within 2 hours you will not incur on any charges.

What is your reservation cancellation policy?

Every reservation should be canceled within 2 hours prior schedule pick up time. If you fail to cancel or notified of any reservation changes and our driver shows up at the location at the requested time you will be charged the full amount for a no show service.

Do you charge for waiting time?

We offer 15 minutes free waiting time for every home, office, hotels pick up, for Airport pick up we provide 30 minutes free waiting time for local flights and 45 free waiting time for international flights, any extra time required on these services it will be charge as an hourly service on a 15 minutes increments.

Do your prices change based on holidays, time of pick up etc?

Our rate is the same rate every day of the week, however, we do charge an extra $10 dollars for service before 4 am or after 11 pm at night.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do accept all major credit cards, and cash is always welcome.

Can I create an account with your company?

Yes we welcome personal and corporate accounts, it is very convenient if you are a frequent flyer, your information will be safely kept in our private servers, next time you need to make a reservation your information will be automatically populated in our reservation form.

How much gratuity do I have to give the driver?

Our company add the drivers gratuity automatically on your reservation, a standard 20% gratuity will be added to all services, however if you decide to tip the driver extra at the time of service the tip will not be discounted from the total price of your reservation, any amount you decide to give driver it will be at your will.

Do you provide child safety seats for your vehicles?

Yes, we do provide child safety seats upon requested for an $20 dollars extra fee. Also, you can provide your own child seat, our driver will be happy to assist you with the installation of the buster or child seat Our cars are equipped with the lawful necessary seat belts, so you are welcome to provide your own child seat.
